This month’s new feature: user access rights on the checklist!
You are now able to set granular access rights for tasks on the checklist, choosing which users can see which tasks and giving you perfect control of your project’s confidentiality down to the last detail 🔐
How does it work? By default, tasks on the checklist will be visible to Project Managers only (just like uploaded documents).
🔎 You can see who has access to a task by hovering your mouse over the “share” icon, as seen below. Tasks can either be shared with everyone, or with select groups or individuals (or a mix of both).
🔓 You can change access rights by clicking on the “share” icon and designating the users that you want the task to be visible to as “Observers”. Observers will also be able to see any documents attached to that task.
You can change task access rights at any time, and all tasks will always remain visible to Project Managers.
Have any questions? To learn more or receive training on this feature, reach out to us at support@closd.com!
